Visits are conducted by a highly trained nurse, via telehealth (for now, due to the pandemic) and begin about three weeks after birth. Nurses can answer all kinds of questions.

Family Connects is starting in a small number of regions.
Marion & Polk Counties will focus on those enrolled in OHP, and in two zip codes: 97071 (Woodburn) and 97301 (Central Salem) as the program launches. The goal is to reach all families in Oregon over time.
