The Ages & Stages Questionnaire:
The Ages & Stages Questionnaire (ASQ-3) helps caregivers and parents check a child's development. Results can be shared with pediatricians, teachers or other professionals, if concerns arise about the child's development.
Learn about Child Development Milestones
We train parents and childcare providers on how to use the Ages & Stages Questionnaire, including sharing with the child’s doctor. In some cases, doctors may have use an additional developmental screening tool. Many of our large early childhood organizations upload and share ASQ-3 information with medical providers for a smoother continuity of care and reduced duplication of services.
