Call the CHEC at (503) 814-2432 to register or inquire about getting a car seat.
On Saturdays the event is from 11 a.m.-12 p.m. is by appointment only for those receiving purchased program seats.
From 12-2 p.m. is drop in time, first come, first served.
On Tuesdays the event is from 11 a.m.-2 p.m., by appointment only.
