Educational philosophy or approach: The Garden of Bloom is convinced that each human being is designed to achieve physical, mental, emotional and spiritual well-being. We trust that this is the key to a healthy and successful life in all aspects. We believe that to achieve this it is important to begin from childhood. We also believe that a strong support system is necessary for a human being to achieve this goal. A child's support system must be comprised of the family, the educational program / school, and the community. The program is committed to working in collaboration with the family and the community to give each child in our program a start toward physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being. Which we strongly believe that this will lead children to educational success. We are committed to developing ongoing care, educational services and services that allow us to provide stable and uninterrupted support for families and children during their experience in the program. The program's commitment to each child is that he or she can learn new skills through a healthy and safe environment full of educational experiences. To respect the importance of all aspects of the child, including social, emotional, cognitive and physical growth. For this, the program is committed to implement the Creative Curriculum for the educational area and the Second Step curriculum for the Socio-Emotional area. We are committed to work in collaboration with their parents so they can access the health and educational services necessary for their healthy development. To support each child based on their needs, the program will work in collaboration with other programs in the community such as early intervention programs and health/medical providers. The program's commitment to the family is to ensure that their ideas and opinions are heard and valued. To collaborate so their support system is comprehensive and sustainable. That the family is involved in all matters related to the education, health and development of their child. That the family can access and advocate for the best educational levels of their entire family and that they can connect with the necessary resources in the community according to their needs. (Medical care, health insurance, counseling, public schools, public bookstores, churches, recreational programs, legal aid, food banks, public services etc.) The program's commitment to staff is to provide a safe, pleasant, fair and healthy work environment. That staff and team member get the opportunity to update and improve their knowledge related to child development and family services.
